| News/Updates The Watson's finally decided to get a dog. His name is Slider. He's a chocolate male and has learned to sit at 10 weeks. Herbert said the dog seems to be very smart, and he thinks he can have him cutting the grass by spring! Slider has started his puppy training.....go Slider! Beth showed Georgie in a show in Maryland and took first place, check out the pic. under PHOTOS. Beth and Tess showed in Chesapeake, VA in April, they were robbed! (lol). Georgia Mud Fudge and her mom Kat have been working with Beth, Georgia is doing great and is looking very promising in the obedience department. Banx and Jack started their visits at Sentara Norfolk General. They will be working on the floor with post spinal cord injurie/amputee patients. Their first visit was great, everyone really loved them and can't wait till they return. Congrats to Beth....she successfully completed the TDI Multiple Therapy Dog test with Banx and Jack....way to go Beth!!!!!!!! In June we will be taking a first aid class for animals, email us if you would like to take the class. Beth and her sister Jackie have entered the Dog Show World....let's give a warm welcome to the newest member of the Quinn and Chappell family... "Decker"...more on Decker later.... Marley has started his training.....looking good so far....... Georgia Mud Fudge is doing excellent and is making her mom Kat very proud..... Slider, Banx, Jack and Decker took a week off and enjoyed some time down in the Outer Banks....... Marley has been working hard this summer....and will be having his Therapy Dog testing towards the end of August....GO MARLEY! Banx and Jack had a photo shoot with the Norfolk Library...they have been helping Norfolk start their reading program..which will be up and running this fall/2007.....way to go fellas..... Bodi (four months)a brother to Banx, has started his training and is very eager to learn.....he said he wants to follow in his brothers pawprints........ Decker will get his first taste of the show ring!, this September/October he will be in a fun match....we will keep you posted on the results...... Marley passed the big test.....He is an offical Therapy Dog.....congrats to Marley and his mom Terry..... Beth and Banx have been involved with the City of Norfolk...helping them to start a reading program.... Beth and Banx will be filming some sort of PR/News segment for the City of Norfolk and the new reading program....next stop Hollywood! Decker went to his first "Fun Match"....he took First Place in the 3-6 month class, Best of Breed, and Group Second.... A special honor for our therapy dog Banx.....he was asked to make a special trip to Suffolk, after the area was hit by several tornados this past week. Decker has stayed together and is looking good in the ring. Beth and Banx have been selected for the "Buddy Brigade" at Children's Hospital of the King's Daughter. |
